The Academy Awards is an exclusive event with tickets extended to a very select crew of Hollywood’s hottest stars of the moment. But that doesn’t mean every other actor in the industry isn’t honoring the occasion. At viewing parties and after parties, actors dressed their best despite being shut out of the Oscars ceremony.
