Sex positions that exercise different muscle groups


Sex makes you sweat, but in a pleasurable way. During sex, you workout different muscle groups, increase your heart rate, burn calories and induce weight loss. Find out which sex positions exercise different muscle groups in men.

Doggie style:

The muscles that are exercised are the hips as well as the core. Doggie style is a popular sex position and why not, since you are burning calories with every thrust.

Standing up:

This exercise involves lifting your female partner against the wall as you use your core and hip muscles to penetrate. Besides these muscles, you also exercise your arm muscles - biceps, triceps and forearms as you are carrying the girl. You're legs too are strengthened during intercourse.

Missionary:

This sex position is also a favourite and it can make you sweat. Missionary position exercises the glutes and the core in men.

The Anvil:

In this position the girl lies on her back and her legs are at a 45 degrees angle. In the anvil sex position, the guy exercises his arms and legs as he lifts his body and descends it for deeper
penetration. This position is a great way to for both partners to get stimulated.

The Bends: 

In this position you are standing up while your partner's back faces you. She bends forward, which allows you to penetrate deeper. Here the guy works his core and leg muscles with the movement.

This is a variation for the standing up sex position. Here you are holding your ladylove's leg, which is also wrapped around you, while your hand holds her close. This again is like a full body workout, where the arm muscles, core and the leg muscles are exercised.

Wheelbarrow:

You can burn upto 100 calories with this position. The Wheelbarrow position strengthens the man's arms. A man also uses his leg muscles to support the girl and also uses his core muscles.
